Things to know for your visit

We’re so excited to welcome you into our magical, cat-filled lounge! To help you have the best experience possible (and keep things running smoothly for our feline friends), here are a few important things to keep in mind before your visit:

Reservation & Cancellation Info:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds for no-shows or missed appointments.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late? Unfortunately, we won’t be able to admit you into the session.

Need to make changes?

Email us with your name, reservation info i.e date, time, and session type 30 or 70 minutes at support@catsandcrystals.com

Arrival & Parking

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and sign your waiver.

Waivers are required for all guests before entering the lounge, we will have them ready upon arrival!

We offer limited free parking in our lot.

If the lot is full, there is ample free street parking available around the building.

We’re proud to partner with Jitters Coffee Pub for your pre-lounge coffee & snack fix!

Open 7am–1pm (closed Sundays) — come a little early to grab your drink before your session.

Booking after hours? Feel free to bring in your own coffee from favorite spot!

Food or snacks are NOT allowed inside the cat area, drinks are!

Rules

No Shoes Policy, please remove shoes upon entry.
Sanitize before entering
Please Keep Voices Low
Photography is allowed, but avoid using flash as it can scare the cats
Respect the Cats Space
Allow sleeping cats to rest undisturbed
Pet the cats gently
NO pulling tails or ears
NO running or chasing the cats
DO NOT pick up or hold the cats unless they approach you for attention
DO NOT give cats any food or beverages (this will upset their stomachs)
NO smoking or vaping of any kind.

Adoption Info

All cats in our lounge are adoptable! If you fall in love (and we hope you do), let a staff member know, we’d love to guide you through the adoption process. Or you can go to: https://fairytailrescue.org

Age Restrictions / Family Info

Ages 13 and up are allowed in with ticketed entry. Those under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
